You Know The Saying, It’s Never The Job,(Our Job Is Easy), It’s The People At The Job Who Try To Make life harder than it really is..Be It Not Doing The work, Not Coming To Work, Being Petty, Over Thinking, Under Scheduling Task..Not adjusting each other crowns.. My Biggest Problem is Leaders Not Wanting To See Others get Ahead, holding them back from their destiny, Truth Be Told you Can’t Stop A Person Destiny, Because What Is Meant To Be Will always Find it’s way..As Soon As You Try To Hold A person Back, You will experience some delays in your life.. You Have To Treat People The way You Want To Be treated..Attitude Is Everything, You Can’t lead Anyone No further than you’ve gone yourself and That is for sure..But If I want To become A Millionaire, I would talk to someone Who Is already a millionaire and not a team leader...There is nothing they can do for me...But it’s a sad thing To look over your shoulder when trying to lead and there’s no one there..💯

What I am saying is, Not only Will You Try To Hurt Your Target But Also Yourself. Revenge destroys all and spare none.. But Let’s Be Clear, We Reap What We Sow.. Destin Florida  You Know I am an observer, been that way my whole life, while you’re sleeping I’m probably thinking, I can detect and attitude even before I can see it.. But I don’t need other people attitude I have one of my own..So before I start my Day, I adjust My Crown.. Because You Are Responsible for Your Attitude No Matter how You Feel.. I wonder sometimes How much of what I see is real, and how many are pretending, To Be Clear, I believe half of what I see and hear.. I have never seen such nonsense, People wanting to be like other people, act the way they act..I don’t need friends who changes when I change and who nods when I nod, my shadow does that much better..Some People want you to believe that their lives are better than yours and that people adore Them..but all I see is a narcissist. People get an attitude because they are not happy with their own life, pretending to have a girlfriend or boyfriend just to show me that you have somebody, but they will never be go...

The Leaders Job isn’t To have all the ideas, It’s to make sure all the ideas are Heard and that the Best One Wins, I find that some leaders love your idea but they don’t think it’s better than theirs, even though it’s really better than theirs. Leaders becomes Great not because of their power but, because of their ability to Empower others..We don’t see that often..I taught my children to be a great leader, because a boss has the title but a leader has the people..and when they feel appreciated they will always do more than expected..Attitude is everything, If I want something from you, I will never come to you with an attitude because you won’t  give me your all. if I treat you the way I want to be treated we both get things done..Great leaders don’t just tell you what to do, they show you how it’s done..
