"How Do We Define Forgiveness"
12th grade 1978 So I've Heard That If You Can't Forgive and Forget, Pick One!! So I Chose To Forgive, But Forgetting Is Somewhat Difficult, As The Late Maya Angelou Said, I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel That is most certainly true.. Forgiveness is not about forgetting, it's about letting go of another's person throat.. It's a gift you give yourself. But it's always been easy for me to forgive a person because I didn't have to look in their faces everyday or they truly was sorry for what they did, but it gets difficult when the other individual don't seem to have any remorse or acting like they have done nothing.. And you watch them daily not saying a word.. True forgiveness is when you except an apology that you never got!! Some people will play on your emotions because they know that you care about them.. I just don't think you should
