Leaders Never Stop Learning..

The Leaders Job isn’t To have all the ideas, It’s to make sure all the ideas are Heard and that the Best One Wins, I find that some leaders love your idea but they don’t think it’s better than theirs, even though it’s really better than theirs. Leaders becomes Great not because of their power but, because of their ability to Empower others..We don’t see that often..I taught my children to be a great leader, because a boss has the title but a leader has the people..and when they feel appreciated they will always do more than expected..Attitude is everything, If I want something from you, I will never come to you with an attitude because you won’t  give me your all. if I treat you the way I want to be treated we both get things done..Great leaders don’t just tell you what to do, they show you how it’s done.. I’ve been on my job for 13 years next month and I demand respect, because what you allow will continue, I like where I am, because I know it’s never the job it’s always the people at the job..So I pray before beginning my day.. because there is some people who doesn’t know how to be a leader, I want to be able to go to a leader and say this isn’t working and offer a suggestion, and not this isn’t working and I think I know everything, nobody knows everything, The crazy part I look at them think, I can your job but you can’t do mine..🤔 you can’t tell the chiefs from the Indians now..  my leaders listens to me when I have concerns, because they know I’m not just talking, I was born to stand out..and I won’t apologize for it..You have to Blossom regardless of where you’ve been planted Remember that..
