"How Do We Define Forgiveness"

So I've Heard That If You Can't Forgive and Forget, Pick One!! So I Chose To Forgive, But Forgetting Is Somewhat Difficult, As The Late Maya Angelou Said, I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel That is most certainly true.. Forgiveness is not about forgetting, it's about letting go of another's person throat.. It's a gift you give yourself. But it's always been easy for me to forgive a person because I didn't have to look in their faces everyday or they truly was sorry for what they did, but it gets difficult when the other individual don't seem to have any remorse or acting like they have done nothing.. And you watch them daily not saying a word.. True forgiveness is when you except an apology that you never got!! Some people will play on your emotions because they know that you care about them.. I just don't think you should treat no one the way you don't want to be treated,,God looks on our Hearts..without true changes, unless a person changes their minds or behavior, no form of communication is possible even if you've forgiven them..a true coward will move on to something else without any thought of what has happened.Forgiveness does not excuse anything,You may have to declare your forgiveness a hundred times the first day and the second day, but the third day will be less and each day after, until one day you will realize that you have forgiven completely. And then one day you will pray for his wholeness......Some days I say what's the point in forgiving when you know deep down you won't ever forget.. But life without forgiveness is prison.. When I look at this individual the first thought that comes to mind is I can't tell if what they are saying is true because they live a life of pretend. so I stop listening . Pretend to like people, and we all are guilty of that, we all have a face for each of our friends.. But if I don't like u I won't pretend that I do.  We have  to be careful what we pretend to be, because you are what you pretend to be!!  The trouble with a mask is that it never changes !! What's terrible is to pretend that second-rate is first-rate. To pretend that you don't need love when you do; or you like your work when you know quite well you're capable of better. But what the sad thing is, everything you thought you knew about a Person was a not even real..I have never been this disappointed in a long time I have to changed who I let in my circle..I need to make sure everybody in my boat is rowing and not drilling holes.. To be a Christian means to forgive the inexcusable because God has forgiven the inexcusable in you..Just Remember We don't get mad a people we dont care about!!!Perhaps it's impossible to wear an identity without becoming what you pretend to be..“When we least expect it, life sets us a challenge to test our courage and willingness to change; at such a moment, there is no point in pretending that nothing has happened or in saying that we are not yet ready. The challenge will not wait. Life does not look back. A week is more than enough time for us to decide whether or not to accept our destiny..
